Throughout the evening, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about Wellspring’s work, enjoy a sustainable and locally-sourced three-course dinner, bid on unique items and experiences in silent and live auctions, and peruse a wide variety of goods hand-picked by our staff in Rwanda at our Gala Marketplace.
This year is a special one for us as we are celebrating our 15th anniversary! We will be taking a look back at Wellspring’s journey so far, exploring the impact of quality education, and hearing from our new Rwanda Country Director, Libby Karangwa-Miles, who will be joining us on stage to share about the transformation she’s seeing in Rwandan communities.
The Gala is our largest fundraiser of the year and thanks to generous donors who underwrite all event costs, the Gala is free to attend. This means that all funds raised on the night go directly to support our work in Rwanda. Our fundraising goal for this year is $200,000, and so we invite you to come, enjoy, and help us reach this target so that thousands more Rwandan children can receive the education they deserve.
