Wellspring exists to see lives, communities, and nations transformed through quality values-based education. From small beginnings over a decade ago, Wellspring’s work now impacts tens of thousands of Rwandan children, their teachers, leaders, parents, and communities. Our work is gaining momentum – and as we move forward into this new season of opportunity, we would love for you to be part of this journey with us.
The Wellspring Gala is coming up in May and we would love to have you join us! Throughout the evening, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about Wellspring’s work, enjoy a delicious three-course dinner, bid on unique items and experiences in silent and live auctions, and peruse a wide variety of goods hand-picked by our staff in Rwanda at our Gala Marketplace.
This year is special one for us as we are celebrating our 15th anniversary! We will be taking a look back at Wellspring’s journey so far, exploring the impact of quality education, and hearing from our new Rwanda Country Director, Libby Karangwa-Miles, who will be joining us on stage to share about the transformation she’s seeing in Rwandan communities.
The Gala is our largest fundraiser of the year and thanks to generous donors who underwrite all event costs, the Gala is free to attend. This means that all funds raised on the night go directly to support our work in Rwanda. Our fundraising goal for this year is $200,000, and so we invite you to come, enjoy, and help us reach this target so that thousands more Rwandan children can receive the education they deserve.

The Gala is our biggest fundraiser each year – and the great news is that it is free to attend, thanks to an incredibly generous partner who underwrites all event costs. That means every dollar raised on the night goes directly to Wellspring’s work in East Africa.
